Intellectual Property Agreement - Please Review the Following Statement: The Activator Training you are attending contains proprietary information and intellectual property that has been developed exclusively by Intentional Churches (IC). This intellectual property is intended to be used for the purpose of growing the kingdom impact of local churches. This proprietary intellectual property represents years of work and insight, and as such, a unique differentiation in IC's work with churches. It is also a key to IC's success in helping churches grow and reach people for Christ. Therefore, we are asking that any attendee to our Activator Training agree to not compete for business in the church market using IC's custom, proprietary tools and intellectual property. We are also asking that attendees not commercially market to or solicit business from IC's prospect or client churches for strategic planning or coaching now or in the future. IC's custom, proprietary tools and intellectual property can only be commercially used by a certified subcontractor of IC. Each subcontractor attends special certification training and is under an Exclusive Subcontractor Agreement. Please request more information if you are interested in becoming an exclusive IC subcontractor. IC will allow the use of its custom proprietary tools and intellectual property for the general edification and training of local church leadership teams so long as it is not a commercial endeavor. IC must be given credit for the tools and intellectual property, and permission must be requested for any public use or dissemination now or in the future.
